Return and Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find your rights as a customer.

Right of Withdrawal (14 days) As a customer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order (or the last item in your order), without giving any reason.

How to Make a Return You can easily initiate a return through your customer account, or contact us at info@hannawesslen.se. You must notify us of your withdrawal within the 14-day period and return the item(s) within 14 days of notifying us. Return shipping costs are paid by you as the customer.

Refund Once we have received your return, we will refund the full order amount. The refund will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase.
